Testimonials

What Parents Have to Say About Cherokee!

"Great Improvements!  Safe environment!  No goose droppings like other camps we've visited!"   James (Philadelphia)

“Complete transformation! You can’t recognize Cherokee … Beautifully renovated! We’re very impressed!”   Miranda (Neshaminy)

“Completely unrecognizable compared to last year! 1000 times better! My son can’t wait for school to end!”   Edwin (Philadelphia)

"My husband had just left me and my two boys (4 & 6 yrs). Our family was in trauma. Cherokee was the oasis and positive distraction my boys needed. The counselors there had been advised of our issues. When my boys occasionally broke down, the counselors were there to lend a shoulder to lean on. My boys came home daily singing their praises. Cherokee was the difference between a summer of dread and a positive camp experience! My thanks to the new owners, the staff, and most certainly the caring counselors."   Julie B. (Langhorne)

"Our children loved their first year at Cherokee so much they can't wait until next summer begins. That staff was wonderful. The camp activities kept our children busy throughout the day. At the end of the day, our kids would get so excited talking about their camp adventures for that day. Thanks to Cherokee, our children enjoyed their summer in a safe environment that fostered friendships, created memories, and enabled them to have fun."   Andrew & Norene M. (Langhorne)

"Ideally, you look for someplace where your kids will be safe, and they'll have fun. Marlinda (owner) makes Cherokee emotionally safe too!"   Michaele J. (Feasterville)
