All campers must have the following completed and signed forms:
2012 Application – mail in as soon as possible with your deposit.
Please note: If you have more than one child attending camp you must complete a separate packet of forms for each child.
We apologize for all the paperwork, we don’t like forms either but we are mandated to have this information. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a great summer.
